If you erase some files with the keys [cmd] + [erase] the files wont disappear

On the whole a really nice programm but there is an issue which is quite annoying.
So if you try to erase them another time the finder will pop-up and says that it is note possible to erase them.
Additionaly the program freezes and must be killed.
Would be nice if you could fix this.
